How did the Nourish Bowl Formula come about?

It’s no secret I’m a passionate cook obsessed with designing systems that save me time, money and create the MOST amount of deliciousness and nutritional value possible.

Thing is, my kids really didn’t have any idea when it came to cooking for themselves. And why would they when they’ve had me do it for them all these years!

So when my daughter finished school and started an office job, I wanted her to be able to pack a lunch that would sustain her all day and not have to spend a fortune at cafes.

I set about making it as easy as possible for her to pack in as much nutrition as possible while keeping dishes and my grocery bill to an absolute minimum.

And the Nourish Bowl Formula was born!

How did the Nourish Bowl Formula come about?

It’s no secret I’m a passionate home cook. It’s also well known that I’m obsessed with designing systems that save me time, money and create the MOST amount of deliciousness and nutritional value possible.

Thing is, my kids (bless their hearts) really didn’t have any idea when it came to cooking for themselves. And why would they? They’ve had me to do it for them all these years!

But now that my daughter has left school and heads into an office each day for work, I really needed to equip her with some tips she could use to be able to pack a good lunch to sustain her the whole day - without spending a fortune at the cafes or making a mess of our kitchen!

I set about making it as easy as possible for her to pack in the most amount of nutrition possible while keeping dishes and my grocery bill to an absolute minimum.

And the Nourish Bowl Formula was born!

Meet the creator of Nourish Bowl Formula

I’m Georgia Harding, mum of two teenagers, a qualified naturopath of 20+ years, obsessed foodie and founder of Well Nourished Family. 

I’m all about real food and creating delicious, easy recipes for real life and optimal health. I created The Nourish Bowl Formula to help you eat well to be well for the long term. 

In a world with so much (mis) information about the ‘best’ things to eat, I want to simplify nutrition so you can nourish yourself and your family with confidence.

My recipes are all tasty, easy to make and loaded with everything you need to feel good every day. You’ll also get a ton of practical tips to keep you motivated and inspired to eat well, consistently.
