How did the Nourish Bowl Formula come about?

It’s no secret I’m a passionate home cook. It’s also well known that I’m obsessed with designing systems that save me time, money and create the MOST amount of deliciousness and nutritional value possible.

Thing is, my kids (bless their hearts) really didn’t have any idea when it came to cooking for themselves. And why would they? They’ve had me to do it for them all these years!

But now that my daughter has left school and heads into an office each day for work, I really needed to equip her with some tips she could use to be able to pack a good lunch to sustain her the whole day - without spending a fortune at the cafes or making a mess of our kitchen!

I set about making it as easy as possible for her to pack in the most amount of nutrition possible while keeping dishes and my grocery bill to an absolute minimum.
